Canj and Company’s Sales division has the main objective of developing the business by establishing key relationships with new clients and partners around the globe. Our business development professionals work both for the Investment Management and the Trading unit. Our clients mainly include Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI) and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI), family offices, and fund of funds on the Investment Management side, and cryptocurrency exchanges and token projects on the Trading side.
Our Business Development professionals play an essential role in our company. They help identify and establish a long-term relationship with new clients and partners. They attend and speak at conferences and industry events and network with peers in the sector. They possess great communication, social, and business skills.
Our Business Development Managers provide the following services:
- Implementing long-term strategy for industry focus groups and/or industry pillars
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Championing growth by helping attract new businesses, jobs, revenue and activity to the jurisdiction
- Presenting Dominican Republic’s advantages to prospective clients
- Representing the Dominican Republic at industry conferences, events, and meetings, locally and abroad
- Managing collection and analysis of market research, monitoring key industry trends, and maintaining a pipeline of leads, opportunities, and wins in the Canj and Company’s Customer Relationship Management system
- Tracking and reporting on business development activity, populating data to drive key performance indicators for Canj and Company
- Facilitating Canj and Company’s industry focus groups and industry pillars, gathering stakeholder input and intelligence and implementing to achieve positive experiences, tangible outcomes and financial contributions in keeping with Canj and Company’s strategic plans
- Communicating and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders, including industry representatives, trade associations, the Dominican Republic government and the Dominican Republic Financial Authority (regulator)
- Travel overseas representing Canj and Company
